Facing Hard Times - An International Open Exhibition

Opening Event - 1st October / Gallery Exhibition 3rd - 15th October

OOTB Exhibition

The Competition

"Facing Hard Times"
The Facing Hard Times International Open Exhibition strives to promote the appreciation of cutting-edge contemporary art, to discover emerging talent, and to introduce artists from around the globe to the artistic community of East Anglia, England. Winning 2D artworks (in any medium from paint to photography and beyond!) from this competition will be exhibited in a high-profile contemporary art gallery in East Anglia - for commission free sales! - and promoted internationally by the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Independent Curators.

The Concept for this year's Competition; "Owing to the current economic climate, more and more people are struggling with tax increases, and the rising cost of fuel and food. Some have lost their jobs and many struggle to find work. The saying goes that ‘money can’t buy you happiness’ but, controversially, the lack of it affects every aspect of our lives."
